By using chud you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
chud shares your daily screen-time total and your profile photo with friends you have accepted, once a day at a fixed time. You cannot edit, hide, or delay your number. That is the product, not a defect.
Screen-time figures are estimates produced by Apple's Screen Time framework and are deliberately approximate. They will not match the iOS Settings app exactly, and you should not rely on them for any purpose requiring precision.
You must be at least 13 years old. We ask for your date of birth during setup and refuse accounts for anyone younger.
chud lets you post photographs of yourself: a required profile photo, and optional reactions sent to friends. You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited licence to store them and show them to the specific people entitled to see them — nothing more. We do not use your photos for marketing, we do not show them to anyone outside your friends, and we do not use them to train anything.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not:
Every user can report and block any other user from inside the app. Reports are reviewed. We remove offending content and terminate accounts that violate this section, without notice and at our sole discretion.
chud is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime or of the accuracy of any figure it shows. We may change or discontinue it at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of chud. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently erases your data. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
